No – the buying process is quick and simple, You can use your dealer portal to see and bid on fantastic stock.

We charge a small introductory fee if you offer the best bid. Once the seller accepts the offer, payment will be taken and yo u will automatically be sent the sellers details to arrange collection. Pricing details can be found in your dealer portal.

To start with, we will run 3 sales per week. 10:00am Monday - 3:00pm Tuesday, 10:00am Wednesday - 3:00pm Thursday, 10:00am Friday – 3:00pm Saturday. Each sale will house up to 40 motorcycles.

All you have to do is enter the maximum bid you are willing to pay for that motorcycle. We operate a closed bidding system, so the highest bid will win. Take into consideration that the seller can reject the offer, so place your maximum bid from the start.

Once the introductory fee is paid, you will be sent the sellers details to organise the collection at a time that suits both you and the seller.

No, dealers who purchase bikes through bestbikebid.com are encouraged to consider the collection costs when bidding as it is the dealers responsibility to collect the motorcycle from the seller.

Yes, if the motorcycle isn't as described, we have a refund process which can be found on your dealer portal.

An automated email/text will be sent to the seller to accept the highest bid. Once accepted, the introductory fee will be taken and you will be sent the sellers details to organise the collection.

Bestbikebid.com is not part of a dealer group and is independently owned.

Before the seller profiles their Motorcycle, we will carry out a HPI check and will not accept written off or stolen Motorcyc les. HPI status will be shown on the Motorcycle advert where you will be able to see if there is any outstanding finance. This can be settled between you
and the sellers finance company on collection of the Motorcycle.

You will be required to do an immediate bank transfer to the seller's bank account on collection/inspection of the Motorcycle. If you have reduced your offer on inspection, the amended amount must be paid to the seller and you will need to follow the refund process found
on the dealer portal for the partial introductory fee refund.
